1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or without original packaging cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards and promotional items


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email or phone.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, card, or Easypaisa/JazzCash).

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the issue.


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery.
